“Ignite” is a 5 week live programme where you finally become the woman whose relationships, art and home *reflect the depth of your wildest desires**, instead of accepting the version of womanhood that* generations of shame have normalised.

This is for women who feel the creative fire inside them but have become disconnected from it over years of putting everybody’s needs instead of their own.

When she taps into her creativity she becomes a better friend, daughter, wife, mother, artist: a rush of creativity, a newly found lust for life, and grounded joy and delight pulsate through her actions.

The key to all of this is awakening your sacral power.

When a woman awakens her sacral power -her Womb & Vulva- she taps into her ancient, divine self, she feels guided by life, the Universe, God, whatever you prefer calling it. She re-discovers what it means to live a life grounded in spirituality: she knows that life and the Earth are sacred, and she can dance, dream her life into being.

The things that are standing between you and rich relationships, alive creativity and a nourishing home that you want are:

· The shame and fear that you’ve inherited from generations of women before you about your own sensuality

· Falling into a routine that prioritises everybody elses’s needs instead of things that bring you joy nourishes you (eg: making art, a close relationship with Nature, making art)

Each week, you will step deeper into the well of your creative life:

Week One: the Womb, where everything begins…

What are the qualities of what we call the Womb? What is her energy? What happens when we activate it? We put pen onto paper, we explore her shapes and curves.

Week Two: Beauty in its simplest form

We explore the moon and its phases, its relationship with our menstrual cycles. We then take the simplest pieces of nature – flowers - and we see what happens when we let them speak to us. We draw their lines and take in their beauty.

Week Three: intuitive art is easier than you think

We dive deep into artistic dreaming and visions, we let them come to us. We let ourselves be carried by intuitive line drawing, we watch in awe what appears onto the page.

Week Four: all about that Vulva!

That will be our vulva week! What are her qualities? What does it mean to activate her energy? Then we explore clay, getting our hands into this material as old as the world.

Week Five: and now we celebrate!

We have taken a big journey together, we take stock, we sing, we dance, we paint, we say goodbye, we contemplate the road ahead.

I believe that in the age we live in, what we need the most is women who are connected to their power, who will lead us into a kinder, fairer and more aligned world.

Most work around creativity focuses on productivity. The thing that’s missing is connection to body and spirit. We live in a mind-driven world. On the other hand, most other practices that offer sacral power connection don’t provide a place for that energy to land: you art and creativity.

You will walk away with:

If you carry deep sexual trauma, some of this work may be intense and confronting. I'd love to talk with you beforehand to make sure this course meets you where you are, safely.

Transgender women are welcome here, fully. So are women without a womb. This work is about energy, not anatomy.
