She re-discovers what it means to live a life grounded in spirituality: she knows that life and the Earth are sacred, and she can dance, dream her life into being.

· The shame and fear that you’ve inherited from generations of women before you about your own sensuality.
· Falling into a routine that prioritises everybody elses’s needs instead of things that bring you joy nourishes you (eg: making art, a close relationship with nature, making art).
